% 19.03.2018 CRL.M.A. 4984/2018 CRL.M.A. 4984/2018 is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking exemption from filing certified copies of the annexures. The same is allowed, subject to just exceptions. The application is disposed of.

CRL.M.C. 1368/2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioners seek quashing of the FIR No. 290/13 registered at PS Dwarka South under Sections 354A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 submitting to the effect that a settlement has been arrived at between the parties.

It has been submitted further at the outset on behalf of the petitioner and on behalf of the State that there is an apparent error in the proceedings CRL.M.C. 1368/2018

in as much as the complainant has been arrayed as the petitioner, which is also so submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. It has been submitted that the petition would be filed afresh with requisite rectification and the liberty is sought to file it afresh.
