% 26.09.2017 By this execution petition the decree holder has sought execution of the consent judgment and decree dated 4th March, 2014. On 4th September, 2017 this Court while dismissing the objections raised by the judgment debtors No.12 to 14 appointed a receiver to execute the decree. A report of the receiver has been received as per which the suit property which comprised of a land along with a structure constructed thereon has been handed-over to the petitioner. Both the learned counsel for the decree holder and judgment debtor submit that the decree stands satisfied.

Execution petition is thus disposed of.
