This is a petition filed under Section 29A (5) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking extension of the mandate of learned Sole Arbitrator by a period of six months to make and publish the award. 5.

Issue notice. Mr. Adrija Mishra, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. He submits that the respondents have no objection to the petition being allowed.
