The petitioner has filed the present writ petition praying for grant of parole for a period of three months on the ground of taking care of his ailing mother and father as well as for maintaining social ties. 2.

Notice. Learned Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State has drawn the attention of this Court to the nominal roll of the petitioner wherein in column No.18 i.e. report of misconduct (if any) during interim bail/parole, it is mentioned that the petitioner has jumped the parole from 27.03.2011 and he was re-arrested on 07.04.2013.

In view of the past conduct of the petitioner as reflected in the nominal roll, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of parole is rejected. 5.

The writ petition is dismissed.

The Petitioner be informed through the Jail Superintendent about the order passed.
