IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI AT NEW DELHI

+ W.P.(CRL) 1278/2016 RAJESHWARI ..... Petitioner Through:

Petitioner in person.

versus STATE OF NCT OF DELHI & ORS ..... Respondents Through:

Mr. Rajesh Mahajan, ASC for State with SI Inder Veer Singh, P.S.

Karawal Nagar.

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. PATHAK

O R D E R

% 28.07.2017 A perusal of present writ petition itself shows that petitioner had filed an application under Section 173(8) Cr.P.C. before the trial court. Vide order dated 14th February, 2017, it was observed that trial court shall make an endeavour to dispose of the said application at the earliest. Petitioner submits that the said application has already been disposed of. Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition since the petitioner has already availed the alternative remedy. Petition is dismissed.
