The learned counsel for the decree holder submits that having regard to the value of the relief sought in the suit, the decree passed wherein is sought to be executed in the present petition, on account of change of the pecuniary jurisdiction, the execution petition may be transferred to the file of District Judge (North-West) at Rohini Court Complex, particularly because another execution petition arising out of the same case has already been transferred there.

Thus, the execution petition is transferred to the District Judge (North-West) at Rohini Court Complex for further proceedings in accordance with law.

The learned District Judge (North-West) may retain the execution petition on his own board or allocate it to any Additional District Judge under his control within his discretion.
