% 16.03.2018 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the petitioner has not preferred any representation to either respondent no.1 or respondent no.2 and, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the said respondents by filing a representation against the impugned decision. Leave as prayed for is granted and the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation to both the respondents. Keeping in view the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it is directed that, in case, any representation is made by the petitioner to the respondents within one week, the same would be decided by the respondents by passing a reasoned and speaking order, within one week thereafter.

The writ petition alongwith pending application is dismissed as withdrawn.

Needless to say, if the petitioner is still aggrieved by the decision taken by the respondents, he would be entitled to take all legal recourse as permissible under law.
