Pursuant to the settlement, a demand draft bearing No.566626 dated 20.05.2016 for a sum of `10 lacs drawn on Yes Bank in the name of the complainant has been handed over to the complainant present in the Court; copy placed on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the settlement arrived at between the parties, the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, he be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `75,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. He shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. 4.
The parties shall be bound by the terms and conditions incorporated in the settlement agreement dated 23.05.2016. In case of non-compliance, parties will be at liberty to approach this Court. 5.
The bail application stands disposed of.
