% 08.03.2016 CM Appl. 8523/2016 Exemption allowed, subject to just exceptions. WP(C) 1982/2016 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent to decide the petitioner's application for grant of approval for closure of the institute. Petitioner further seeks a direction to the respondent to release the security amount of Rs.15 lakhs along with interest @ 18% per annum with effect from 11th April, 2015 till the date of payment.

Learned counsel for the respondent, who appears on advance notice, states that the petitioner's application for closure as well as for refund of security deposit is under consideration and the same shall be disposed of within a period of four weeks.

The statement made by learned counsel for the respondent is

accepted by this Court and the respondent is held bound by the same. In view thereof, the present writ petition is disposed of as satisfied.
