O R D E R

% 06.08.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that general allegations have been levelled in the FIR veracity whereof has to be tested during the trial. Complainant has also filed a petition before the Magistrate under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. She has also filed a petition under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, which is pending, wherein petitioner has partly complied with the maintenance order and only three months arrears are left to be paid. Learned APP submits that investigations are more or less complete and charge-sheet will be filed shortly.

Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on bail subject

to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/SHO of the concerned police station.

Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
