The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.932/2015 under Sections 147/148/307/506/34 IPC & Sections 25/27 Arms Act PS Safdarjang Enclave. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file.

The petitioner is in custody since 14.09.2015. Statements of PW-1 (Kuldeep), PW-2 (Pusphpa), PW-3 (Rita), PW-4 (Ishwar Chand) and PW-5 (Sahil) - the victim have been placed on record.

They have not supported the prosecution and have not assigned any role to the present petitioner.

It is relevant to note that in TIP proceedings also, the petitioner was not identified. Learned Addl. Public Prosecutor admitted that there is no other material witness to be examined to connect the petitioner with the crime. BAIL APPLN. 529/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
