Notice of this petition for execution of a decree dated 28th October, 2013 for recovery of Rs.25 lacs with interest and cost was on 21st March, 2016 ordered to be issued to the judgment-debtor. 2.

The decree-holder did not take any steps for service of the judgmentdebtor. 3.

Even though thereafter the matter was listed on 26th July, 2016, thereafter also no steps were taken.

The execution petition in terms of Office Order dated 24th November, 2015 of Hon‟ble the Chief Justice in exercise of powers under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 is below the enhanced minimum pecuniary jurisdiction of this Court and the jurisdiction of this Court for filing the execution petition was wrongly invoked. 5.

The execution petition is disposed of with liberty to the decree-holder to approach the appropriate Court.
