During the course of hearing, the limited relief canvassed by the petitioner is that the respondent no.1/ National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) be directed to decide and dispose of the petitioner's complaint bearing No. 1570/30/1/2025-WC.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought, the petition is disposed of with a request to the respondent no.1/NHRC to decide the aforesaid complaint as expeditiously as possible and preferably, within a period of 6 weeks from today.

As far as the supply of Action Taken Report/reply (filed by the respondent no.2 before the NHRC) to the petitioner is concerned, the petitioner shall be entitled to make a request in this regard to the NHRC which shall be duly considered in accordance with law. 4.
