A Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. and Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner seeking quashing of FIR No.0456/2025 dated 26.09.2025 under Section 115(2)/351(2)/126(2)/3(5) BNS registered at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg, Delhi.

The facts as narrated in the FIR are that someone had thrown the dog of the Complainant from upstairs leaving her in a bad condition. He picked the dog and take her to the hospital. When he returned back home, the Petitioner came out of his house and started abusing and insulting his mother. from upstairs. The Complainant said that he would filea Complaint on which the petitioner grabbed his neck and pushed him. The mother of the Complainant came to save him and the Petitioner pushed her too. Thereafter, the Complainant along with his mother came inside his house. The Petitioner then called 3-4 boys who started threatening the Complainant. Thereafter, the father and brother of the Complainant came to the house and his brother called the PCR. The Complainant then went to the Police station and gave a Complaint in writing on which the present FIR was registered against the Petitioner in Police Station K.N Katju Marg. 3.

It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity vide MOU dated 09.10.2025 and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed.

The Complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the Petitioner, who has filed the present Petition. He has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioner on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties. 5.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. It is submitted that the cross FIR No.457/2025 registered at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg against the Complainant has already been quashed today by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on the basis of the MOU. 6.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR bearing No. 0456/2025 dated 26.09.2025 registered at Police Station K.N. Katju Marg, for offences punishable under Sections The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

115(2)/351(2)/126(2)/3(5) BNS with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed qua the Petitioner. 7.

The Petition stands disposed of.
