The present writ petition has been filed seeking directions to respondent nos. 1 to 3, to demolish and stop the unauthorized construction raised in the property bearing House no. 42, Gali No. 2, Gopal Park, Delhi110051. 2.

Responding to the present writ petition, learned counsel for the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi ("MCD"), submits that the property of the petitioner and the property in question, qua which the present writ petition has been filed, is situated in different wards. 3.

He submits that while the property of the petitioner is situated in Anarkali ward, the property of respondent no. 4 exists in Jagat Puri ward. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondent-MCD has handed over certain documents to submit that the unauthorized construction in the property has already been booked on 13th October, 2025 and Show Cause Notice dated 13th October, 2025 has already been issued.

The aforesaid documents are taken on record.

Considering the submissions made before this Court, the MCD is directed to take action, after following due process, in accordance with law. 8.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

Rights and contentions of the parties are left open. 10.

With the aforesaid directions, the present writ petition, along with pending application, is accordingly disposed of.
