The petitioner, who is the defendant in CS SCJ No. 1231/2019 pending before the Court of the learned ACJ-cum-CCJ-cum-ARC (South East), Saket Courts, New Delhi, has filed the present revision petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ["CPC"], against an order dated 06.09.2025, by which her application under Order VII Rule 11 of CPC has been dismissed.

After some hearing, Mr. Mimansak Bhardwaj, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present revision petition, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner in the pending suit.

In view of the above submission, the revision petition, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
