The learned counsel for the petitioner at this stage states that the SRB had considered the name of the petitioner for pre-mature release in the years 2024 and 2025, but the same was rejected.

The learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the name of the petitioner herein be ordered to be considered in the next meeting of SRB, in light of the guidelines laid down in the judgment passed by the Hon‟ble Mr. Justice Sanjeev Narula in case of Santosh Kumar Singh v. State (Govt. of the NCT) of Delhi:2025:DHC:5138.
