Issue notice. Ms. Aliza Alam, learned counsel, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

The present writ petition concerns diverse service-related grievances of the petitioner, including consideration for promotion, grant of Modified Assured Career Progression benefit, transfer of EPF amounts, and nonsigning of Annual Performance Assessment Report. 3.

At this stage, Ms. Pratishtha Vij, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondents may be directed to consider the several representations submitted by the petitioner, which have been annexed to the writ petition, and take necessary steps.

Ms. Alam has no objection to such an order and submits that the writ petition may be treated as a representation, and necessary orders will be passed within eight weeks from today.

eight weeks from today. In particular, if the petitioner is eligible to be considered for promotion, the decision be also taken as to the constitution of the Departmental Promotion Committee.
