The present petition has been filed under Section 29A(4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (hereinafter 'Act') seeking extension of the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of 3 months.

Counsel for the parties have drawn attention of this Court on the order passed by the Sole Arbitrator on 25th September, 2025, wherein further time of three months has been sought for publication of the award. 3.

Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent does not oppose the present petition.

Accordingly, the present petition is allowed. 5.

The time period is extended by further period of three months from today.
