This writ petition is filed by the Petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "a) Issue a writ of mandamus, or any other appropriate writ, order, or direction, directing the Respondents to restore the amount illegally siphoned off from the Petitioner's Saving Bank Account maintained with the Respondent No.2 and 3/IDFC FIRST BANK Account bearing No.10118518618, IFSC CODE: IDFB0020146, on 31.01.2025 by unknown third parties amounting to Rs 99,489/-( Rupees Ninety-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Eighty-Nine/-) with interest till date from the date of reporting fraud to the Respondent No.2 &3 (IDFC FIRST BANK) i.e.01.02.2025 and cost of legal proceedings. b) Pass and other or further order(s), as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, for the larger interest of justice."
