Having heard the learned counsel for the review petitioners and having perused the grounds urged in support thereof, we find that the review petitioners are, in fact, wanting to re-argue the petitions, as if these are appeals against our own judgment.

The Review Petitions alongwith the pending applications are, accordingly, dismissed with costs quantified at Rs. 5,000/- payable to each of the respondents, within a period of two weeks from today.
