TR.P.(C.) 32/2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner points out that in the order dated 15.12.2015 there is an error wherein the concluding paragraph it is stated that the suit be transferred to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Tis Hazari. The earlier part of the order clearly states that the suit property is situated at Gole Market and transfer order sought to New Delhi District.

Respondents No. 4 and 5 on advance notice has put in

appearance. They submit that this position as pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner is correct. Suit property being situated at Gole Market, New Delhi, the suit has to be transferred to New Delhi District. Counsel for the petitioner also undertakes to inform defendants no. 1 and 3 of the order which has been passed today. The suit now be transferred to the New Delhi District. Parties to appear before the District and Sessions Judge, Patiala House Court, New Delhi. Needless to state that the Court dealing with this matter shall issue court notices to the parties, if so required. List on 21.03.2016 before Trial Court.

Petition disposed of.
