My attention has been drawn to an order dated 17.11.2025 passed in W.P.(C) 11000/2023 on identical circumstances. 3.
It is an admitted fact that the land in question has been urbanized and the issue that after urbanization of land which is the authority to carry out demarcation is pending before a Larger Bench of this Court. 4.
For the said reasons and following the order dated 17.11.2025, it is directed that the Sub Divisional Magistrate shall immediately decide the application of demarcation after the decision of the Larger Bench and if so required would transfer the application to the competent authority. 5.
In case of an inordinate delay, the petitioner shall be at liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law.
6.
The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. JASMEET SINGH, J JANUARY 20, 2026/DM The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. The Order is downloaded from the DHC Server on 23/01/2026 at 12:40:53
