Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner to challenge the Summoning Order dated 16.04.2025 passed by learned JMFC in a Complaint Case under Section 1348 N.I. Act.

After some submissions, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to challenge the Summoning Order before the Court of learned ASJ in accordance with law. 3.

In view of the submissions made, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty as prayed for. 4.

The Petition along with the pending Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
