Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (hereinafter referred to as 'Cr.PC), has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner.

It is submitted that the directions be issued to the Respondent, to conduct an expeditious investigation and file an FIR against the Respondent Nos. 3 and 7, who did not initiate action against the other Respondents and mislead the Court proceedings and investigation. 3.

Supplementary Charge-Sheet already stands filed in the Court. Moreover, a Protest Petition has already been filed by the Petitioner, which is pending consideration.

The basic grievance is for registration of an FIR against the Respondent Nos. 3 and 7, the Police Officials for not taking action against the other Respondents. Firstly, the Protest Petition is already pending before the learned Trial Court. Secondly, if the Petitioner feels that there is any criminal offence committed by the Respondent Nos. 3 and 7, he is at liberty to follow the procedure, in accordance with law as given in the Code of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 or any other law. 6.

There is no substance in the present Criminal Writ Petition, which is hereby disposed of accordingly. Pending Application, if any, also stands disposed of.
