The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: - "a. Issue notice of contempt to the Respondents - the Chief Election Commissioner of India and the Secretary, Political Party Section, Election Commission of India - for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 07.08.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.(C) No. 11868 of 2025;

b. Direct the Respondents to forthwith comply with the said order by considering and deciding the Petitioner's application for registration of the political party Indian Socialist Janata Dal under Section 29A of the Representation of the People Act, 1951, within a period of one week or such time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit;

c. Pass appropriate orders imposing penalty or such sanctions as may be warranted under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, in the event of continued non-compliance; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that the petitioner's representation has been decided vide order dated 20.11.2025 granting the registration of "Indian Socialist Janata Dal". 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of. 6.
