The present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India seeks the following prayers: - "a) Initiate the proceedings under section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, Read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, against the alleged contemnor for wilfully and deliberately disobeying the order dated 18.10.2024 in W.P.(C) 7370/2022 by this Hon'ble Court;

b) Direct the respondents to forthwith comply with the directions contained in the order dated 18.10.2024 in W.P.(C) No. 7370 of 2022 passed by this Hon'ble Court, specifically by granting pay fixation, seniority, promotion, and arrears of pay to the petitioner. c) Pass any other order or directions, as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper."
