This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of BNSS for quashing of FIR No. 292/2024 under Section 21/25/29 of NDPS Act registered at P.S. Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi. 2.

Learned ASC who appears for the State submits that petitioner has been declared a proclaimed offender and her anticipatory bail application has been dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide order dated 12.08.2025.
