By way of this Appeal, interlocutory order passed by the learned Family Court on 17.10.2025 directing that both the parents will have custody of child for 5 days each during vacations. 2.

The present Appeal has been filed after getting the custody of the child, which was with Respondent on 22.10.2025. It is evident that the Appellant has taken benefit of the order. Now, she cannot assail its correctness.
