W.P.(CRL) 818/2018 By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 461/2017 under Section 376 IPC and Section 4 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offence Act, 2012 registered at PS Vasant Vihar. Considering that an offence punishable under Section 376 IPC is serious in nature, this Court finds no ground to quash the FIR. Petition is dismissed.
