% 27.07.2016 Without prejudice to his rights and contentions before the Trial Court, respondent, who is present in Court, has offered to pay `20,000/- per month to the petitioners towards maintenance instead of `15,000/- per month awarded by the Trial Court and confirmed by the Appellate Court. This offer is acceptable to petitioner no.1, who is present in Court. Accordingly, revision petition is disposed of by modifying the order of Trial Court only to the extent that quantum of maintenance payable would be `20,000/- per month instead of `15,000/- per month from the date of filing of revision petition. Rest of the conditions as stipulated in the order shall remain as it is.

Arrears be cleared within two months. Respondent

shall also continue to pay the current maintenance to the petitioners. Revision petition is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
