O R D E R

% 05.09.2018 After some hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition seeking interim protection to the effect that the investigating officer, in the event of he intending to cause arrest of any of the petitioners, may be called upon to give prior notice of at least one week. The learned additional public prosecutor, on being asked, on instructions, agrees to the above request. The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn, the contentions raised in the petition being kept open to be agitated during the investigation before the investigating agency and if need be thereafter before the court of cognizance. As agreed to by the State above, the petitioners, in the event of investigating officer intending to cause their arrest, will be entitled to one week's advance notice. Dasti to all sides under the signatures of Court Master. R.K.GAUBA, J.
