By way of the present application, the applicant seeks grant of regular bail in FIR No.171/2025, registered at PS.: Shahbad Dairy, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 376/323/328/ 506/509/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 6/12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. 2.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application.
