This is a petition under Section 528 BNSS (corresponding section 482 Cr.P.C) seeking quashing of FIR no. 0366 dated 21.08.2023, registered at PS Kirti Nagar, under Section 3 of Delhi Prevention of Defacement of Property Act, 2007.
