The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, 1950 read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks following prayers:- "a. Accept the present Writ Petition.

b. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, including a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondents to accept the application/representation of Petitioner Nos. 1 and 2 for allotment of chambers in the Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi, and consider the same on an urgent basis for eligibility. Further direct that their names be included in the list prepared for allotment of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, including a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the Respondents to accept application/ representation of petitioner no.3 and include the name of Petitioner No. 3 in the left-over list for allotment of chambers in the Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi, in accordance with his seniority, and issue a letter to him to submit the necessary documents and allot the chamber, in the interest of justice. d. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction, including a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing Respondent No. 2 to submit the records of Petitioner No. 3 pertaining to his application for chamber allotment in September 2009 to Respondents No. 2 and 3, in the interest of justice.

e. Pass such further or other orders as this Hon 'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 4.

It is the grievance of the petitioners that a representation dated 09.10.2025 has been forwarded to the respondent No.3 for allotment of chamber in Karkardooma Court Complex, Delhi, and including their names in the current allotment list of chambers as per their seniority, however, the same has not been decided till date.

Learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondent no. 1 (The Chamber Allotment Committee) and respondent no. 3 (Building Maintenance & Construction Committee, Karkardooma Court Complex) submitted that representation filed on behalf of the present petitioners has been received on 15.10.2025 and the same is pending consideration before the said authorities and the decision regarding the same will be communicated to the petitioners The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

In view of the above statement, respondent No.1 and respondent No.3 after considering the representation of the petitioners will communicate the decision thereon to the petitioners within a period of 6 weeks. 7.
