The question of veracity of the FIR, whether the same is rightly registered or otherwise, will have to be looked into by jurisdictional Court. The said exercise cannot be carried out in the instant writ petition. 3.

Under these circumstances all rights and contentions of the parties, including on the aspect of remittance of the amount from the petitioner's account to the complainant, will have to await the adjudication of the criminal case.

Accordingly, finding no justification in keeping the petition pending, the same stands disposed of.
