By this application, the petitioner seeks correction of a typographical error in judgment dated 24.09.2018. It is pointed out that in paragraph 5 of the judgment, the date of the settlement deed has been noticed as 24.09.2012 instead of 29.04.2012. It is pointed out that in paragraph 4, the correct date has been mentioned i.e 29.04.2012.

On perusal of the record, it is evident that there is a typographical error in paragraph 5 of the judgment. The date '24.09.2012' shall be read as 29.04.2012 in paragraph 5 of the judgment.

The judgment is corrected and the application is disposed of in the above terms. Registry is directed to upload this order as corrigendum of the judgment dated 24.09.2018 on the website. NOVEMBER 13, 2018/'rs'
