O R D E R

The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner assailing the order dated 25.09.2025, whereby the petitioner's application for grant of parole has been rejected on the ground that the co-accused has already been granted parole for two weeks, and he has not surrendered yet. 2.

Ms. Sowjhanya Shankaran, learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the co-accused has now surrendered, therefore, the ground on which the rejection is predicated no more exists. 3.

The above position is not disputed by Mr. Rahul Tyagi, learned ASC appearing on behalf of respondent/State.

In view of the above, present petition is allowed and the impugned order dated 25.09.2025 is set aside.

At this stage, Ms. Sankaran submits that parole should be granted to the petitioner subject to his furnishing a personal bond as well as cash The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. security of Rs.10,000/-. She further contends that on earlier two occasions, when the petitioner was granted furlough similar condition was imposed. 6.

Consequently, it is directed that petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks subject to his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- with cash security of Rs.10,000/- to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent, further subject to the following conditions: (a) The petitioner shall not leave the NCR region without informing the Jail Authorities concerned; and (b) The petitioner shall provide his mobile number to the Jail Authorities concerned which shall be kept in working condition at all times.

Upon expiry of period of parole of four weeks as stated above, the petitioner shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent. 8.

The petition is disposed of, in the above terms. 9.

Copy of the order be forwarded to the Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance.
