The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, thereby seeking grant of parole for a period of three months.

Issue notice.

Learned ASC for the State, who appears on advance notice, accepts notice and submits that the petitioner's application for grant of parole is pending for adjudication before the competent authority and the same shall be decided within a period of one week from today. 4.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that she has no objection to the statement made by the learned ASC. 5.
