% 20.01.2016 CM No.18412/2015 (by the respondents u/Sec.151 CPC) 1.

The present application has been filed by the respondents praying inter alia for extension of time to comply with the directions issued in the judgment dated 8.5.2015.

Vide judgment dated 8.5.2015, the adverse remarks in the ACR of the petitioner for the year 2008-2009 were quashed and the respondents were directed to hold a review DPC. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in compliance of the said order, the respondent No.2 had approached the respondent No.1/Ministry of Home Affairs being the cadre controlling authority for getting necessary approvals, which have yet to be received. W.P.(C) 2968/2014

It is pertinent to note that the present application was filed in the first week of August, 2015 and the extension of twelve weeks sought by the respondents would have in any case expired in the end of October, 2015.

At this stage, counsel for the respondents states that compliance of the judgment dated 8.5.2015 shall be made if two weeks' further time is granted to the respondents.

Notice. Counsel for the petitioner accepts notice and states that she does not wish to file a reply to the application. 7.

For the reasons recorded above, the respondents are granted three weeks'

time to make compliance of the judgment dated 8.5.2015.

The application is disposed of.
