The present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 10th October, 2025, passed by this Court in W.P.(C) 15613/2025.

It is submitted that the unauthorized construction is still going on in the subject property.

order dated 22nd December, 2025 before the Appellate Tribunal, MCD (ATMCD). In the said appeal, a direction has been passed on 19th January, 2026, stating that no further construction shall be raised in the subject property. The operative part of the order is set out below: 4.
Counsel for the parties are ad idem that at this stage, no construction is being carried out in the subject property. 5.
