The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers: "A. Initiate proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against the Contemnors/Respondents for their wilful disobedience of the Judgment and Order dated 09.10.2025; and B. Direct the Contemnors/Respondents to comply with the Judgment and Order dated 09.10.2025 and forthwith; and C. Direct that the costs of the present petition be paid by the Respondents in terms of the Judgment and Order dated 09.10.2025; and D. Pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

No. 53/37-38, Nangli Poona, Delhi-110036 has been de-sealed on 30.10.2025 in compliance of order dt. 09.10.2025 in writ petition no. 15492/25. Copy of de-sealing Order dated 30.10.2025 and photographs showing de-sealing of the property are enclosed herewith as "Annexure A & B respectively."" 4.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition. 5.
