% 16.10.2018 The respondent has today tendered a Banker's cheque amounting to Rs.4,58,000/- to the petitioner . With receipt of this amount, the petitioner has received full amount from the respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner, in view of the fact that payment has been received from the respondent, seeks to withdraw the petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also states that he would withdraw the complaints under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881. The order appointing the Official Liquidator as Provisional Liquidator passed on 17.07.2018 is also revoked. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
