The present petition impugns the order dated 25.09.2025 passed by learned ASJ with the following prayers:
i. Set aside the Impugned order dated 25.09.2025 passed by the Ld. Special Judge (NDPS), Rohini District Court in connection with FIR no.27ol2024 under Section: 22(C)/25/29 OF NDPS ACT, PS: Crime Branch ANTF Branch, Daryaganj, New Delhi to the extent the same contains a direction for arrest of the present petitioner and / or;
ii. Pass any other or further order, which this Hon'ble court deems fit and proper, in the given facts and circumstances. 2.
The operative portion of the impugned order dated 25.09.2025 reads as under:
Hence, a report be called from worthy DCP in this regard as to why applicant Archina Srivastava has not been arrested in this case till date despite the fact that alleged recovery was effected on 13.02.2025 at the instance of accused Salman from the premises owned by applicant Archana Srivastava. Let reply be filed within four weeks from today.

It is evident from the aforesaid order that there is no direction for the arrest of the petitioner inasmuch as the trial court merely directed the DCP to explain the reason for not arresting the petitioner. 4.
At this stage, Mr. Kamal J.S.Maan, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 5.
The statement made by learned counsel is taken on record, and the petition, along with pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
