% 05.10.2015 I.A. No.20968/2015 (u/O 23 R 3 CPC) in CS(OS) No.510/2015 Parties have settled their disputes on the terms and conditions as stipulated in this application, which is marked as 'Mark C-1'. Application has been signed by the parties as well as their counsels, inasmuch as has been supported by the affidavits of the parties. Parties shall remain bound by the terms of settlement as contained in 'Mark C-1'. I do not find the terms of settlement in conflict under any law. A decree is passed in terms of 'Mark C-1', which shall form the part of decree. Since the parties have settled their disputes at the initial stage, let 50% of court fee be refunded to plaintiff and necessary certificate in this regard be issued by the Registry.

All the other miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.

Earlier date fixed in the matter, that is, 3rd November, 2015 is cancelled.
