The learned APP for the State submits that the present petition is not maintainable under Section 528 of the BNSS, since in the present case, the trial already stands concluded on 27.07.2019, and the petitioner was convicted and sentenced to imprisonment for life. Thereafter, his appeal was dismissed by this Court on 14.12.2024.

At this stage, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition alongwith pending applications i.e. CRL.M.A. 31806/2025, CRL.M.A. 31818/2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn.
