Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

This petition seeks a direction to stop and demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction at property bearing no.283, A-Block, 600 Square Yards, Tigri Extension, New Delhi-110062.

Learned counsel representing the STF has stated that the complaint made by the petitioner has been processed and in some cases, the properties have been booked as well.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to conclude the proceedings drawn on the complaint made by the petitioner and take the same to its logical end. We further direct that the completion of proceedings drawn on the basis of the complaints, if any action is required to be taken, the same shall be concluded with expedition, say within a period of 02 months from today.
