Heard learned counsel representing the parties. 2.

This petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondents to clear and remove the illegal and unauthorized encroachment at some public land described in the prayer clause of the writ petition. 3.

Learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) has tendered a notice dated 10.10.2025, which was issued in continuation of the previous booking dated 30.06.2025. According to the said notice, the occupier of the alleged illegal construction/encroachment has been directed to demolish the unauthorized construction described in the said notice. The notice dated 10.10.2025 is taken on record 4.

In view of the aforesaid, since action has already been initiated by the MCD for removal of the illegal encroachment, we dispose of this writ petition The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. with a direction to the MCD to conclude the proceedings initiated against the encroacher and conclude the same with expedition, within a period of 02 months from today.
