The present appeal under Section 96 read with Order XLI read with Section 151 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "It is, therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to: - "(a) pass an appropriate judgment and decree and/or order thereby setting aside/reversing/modifying/varying the judgment and decree dated 20.02.2010 passed by the court of Sh. Nikhil Chopra, Addl. District Judge, Delhi, in Civil Suit No. 186/2008 - 14/2006 entitled M/s Pragati Papers Industries Ltd. versus M/s Espee Trading Corporation & another;

(b) pass a decree for a sum of Rs.10,22,204.42 (Rupees Ten Lac Twenty two thousand two hundred four and paise forty two" only) in favour of the Appellant and against the respondents along with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of the suit until remission; (c) pass any order of exemplary cost in favour of the appellant and against the Respondents;

(d) pass any other or further order as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and just, in favour of the Appellant and against the Respondents, in the interest of justice."
