O R D E R

% 24.05.2017 In pursuance to the last order, compliance letter dated 11th May, 2017 has been placed on record by the Punjab National Bank. Relevant portion of the said letter is reproduced hereinbelow:- "The decree holder (Motia Rani Kumar) has been paid the entitled amount received so far as per order passed. The report of our payment executing bank branch at Yamuna Nagar Main, Jagdhari Road, Haryana is enclosed herewith. Our Paying branch has calculated the amount as per information received from parties. In case respected counsel for Decree holder finds any error in calculation of payment of due decree amount, he is most welcome at our office in Delhi/or Branch Yamuna Nagar, Haryana with due calculation."

Learned counsel for the decree holder/petitioner states that he has yet to verify the calculations annexed to the said letter.

Mr.Omnkar Sharma, Deputy Manager of the Punjab National Bank, who is personally present in Court, states that the calculations which have been annexed with the compliance letter dated 11th May, 2017 are correct. He, however, states that if the decree holder/petitioner has any grievance, she is at liberty to approach the Bank.

Consequently, the decree holder/petitioner is directed to approach Mr.Omnkar Sharma in case of any difficulty in implementing/executing the order dated 09th February, 2016. In the event, the grievance is not redressed by the Bank, the petitioner is given liberty to file an application in the present execution proceedings.

In view of the aforesaid, present petition need not be listed any further.
